As an employee in the ministry, you will prepare and analyze materials for the government's positions on issues concerning the governance and development of healthcare. You will contribute to the work of drafting bills, letters, and departmental letters (DS). Furthermore, you will be involved in planning, implementing, and coordinating efforts related to healthcare and participate in international processes and contexts. The work also includes handling ongoing tasks such as answering questions, interpellations, correspondence, etc., as well as work within the framework of the government's governance of authorities. Your background.

You have an academic degree in social sciences or another relevant field. It is advantageous if you have current experience working in the Government Offices with governance and development of healthcare. We prefer that you have knowledge of the organization, functions, and working methods of healthcare. The position requires excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Your qualities.

To fit the role, you need to be able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, have the ability to take initiative, and drive development within the scope of the issues you are responsible for. Furthermore, you are quality-conscious, analytical, and structured. You need to have good collaboration skills and be communicative. It is also important that you have a good understanding of the demands of working in a politically governed organization and an understanding of the role and function of the Government Offices. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Other

A fixed-term employment for six months with immediate start or as agreed. A security clearance will be conducted before a decision on employment is made.
